Taste of Homeownership 2026

Financial Pathways of the Piedmont is excited to bring back Taste of Homeownership, our signature community event celebrating the power and possibility of affordable homeownership in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County!

This engaging evening will raise critical funds to support Financial Pathways’ Center for Homeownership, helping local individuals and families access the education, counseling, resources, and connections they need to move closer to achieving their dream of owning a home.

Guests will enjoy a fun and welcoming atmosphere while connecting with local realtors, lenders, affordable housing professionals, and community organizations working to make homeownership more accessible. Attendees can explore valuable homebuyer resources, learn about programs and services available throughout our community, and build relationships with professionals who can help guide them along the path to homeownership.

The experience will be paired with delicious small-bite stations, a complimentary drink, and lively basket raffles featuring packages assembled and donated by local businesses.
