1st Annual First Teens Scramble

 A Special “Skins Game” Event for our First Tee “Teens & Tweens”

WHEN: Saturday, August 1st, 2026 - Tee times begin at 2:pm

WHERE: Blacklake Golf Resort - 1490 Golf Course Ln, Nipomo

OPEN TO: All 2026 - 12 to 18 year old members of First Tee Central Coast - Note: Field limited to the first 40 players registered

COST: $20 per player

FORMAT: 9 Holes - 2-Person Scramble - details below

PRIZE POOL: $300 Minimum guaranteed in gift cards of the winner’s choice

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

• All registered players must show up by 1pm for a meet & greet, and the drawing of the 2-person teams. (** Important to be on time, thanks.)
• Players wil have 20 minutes to warm-up
• There will be a special 3-knock game before play starts ($20 to winner)
• Tee times begin at 2:pm @ 10 minute intervals - (tee times will be chosen by the order of blind draw pairings)
• Both Players tee off on each hole.
• After the tee shot is selected, both players will then play a scramble until the ball is holed. (Maximum of 6 shots per hole - Once a team has hit their 6th shot on any hole, that team shall pick up and proceed to the next hole.)
• The outright lowest score on any hole wins a “Skin.”

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Must be 12 to 18 years old to Register.
• Partners will be chosen through a Blind Draw
• All Players register as individuals.
• On the day of the event, 2-person teams will be selected by “Blind Draw” (names drawn out of a hat).
