All proceeds will remain within our chapter, providing financial aid to participants in need and supporting our no-fee programs. These programs ensure that First Tee programming is available to youth at no cost through our partnerships with YMCA's afterschool programs, Girls Inc, Special Olympics, programming at Vandenberg Space Force Base for children of military families, Peoples Self Help Housing and more!

Raffle Terms and Conditions:

• This raffle is conducted by First Tee - Central Coast, a nonprofit organization registered in the State of California, located at PO Box 6261, Santa Barbara, CA 93160.
• Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Payments accepted are in person only with cash, check or credit card. This can be done by registering for a ticket at firstteecentralcoast.org. Donations through our website will not be accepted.
• Ticket Information: Raffle tickets are priced at $100.00 each. For example: $300 donation = 3 chances to win. No more than 400 tickets will be sold. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Certain restrictions apply. Winner will book their trip directly with Pebble Beach Resorts. The winning certificate does not expire, and the golf and room rates are valid for one year.
• Drawing Date and Location: The raffle drawing will be held live and take place on October 20th around 5:30pm at Alisal Ranch Golf Course, following the tournament play. If the 400 tickets are sold out before August 1st, 2025, drawing will be moved up to August 7th and held live around 5:00pm at Monarch Dunes Golf Course, following tournament play. Winners need not be present to win.
• Prizes:
  • Grand Prize Winner: 3 night stay (2 rooms) at the Lodge at Pebble Beach. 3 rounds of golf for four people at Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and Spanish Bay Golf Links. One $250.00 Pebble Beach Gift Card. Estimated retail value $15,000. Transportation, meals and other expenses associated with the prize are the responsibility of the raffle winner. Important Notice - The Links at Spanish Bay course will be closed from March ’26 to April ’27 to upgrade its infrastructure and renovate its design. If the Certificate is redeemed during the closure, the funds set aside for the round can be applied to dining, retail purchases, the Spa or additional rounds of golf.

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 days of the drawing. Winners have 5 days to claim their prize or another winner may be selected.
• Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes over $600, a completed IRS Form W-9 is required before prize distribution. Winner is responsible for all income taxes on the prize, including all local, state, and federal taxes. Winner should consult their tax adviser to determine the appropriate tax treatment.
• Compliance with California Law: This raffle is conducted in accordance with California Penal Code Section 320.5.
• Each person entering the raffle assumes all risks and hazards related to the prize. Each donor agrees to hold harmless the First Tee – Central Coast, its elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the raffle company and website, and its agents and employees, the raffle organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers from any liability, loss or damages connected with the raffle and subsequent item or experience.
• Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Disputes: Any disputes arising out of this raffle will be governed by California law and resolved in courts located in Santa Barbara, California.
• These rules may be amended without notice at any time in the sole and absolute discretion of First Tee - Central Coast.
