With an open heart and curious mind, join us in exploring death, that unavoidable end-of-life transition that we will all face. Imagine moving beyond a view of death as something that happens to you. Digging deep we will open to new ways to experience this inevitable change through discussions, journaling, art, film, movement and sharing. In community there is an opportunity for profound healing. Letting go of fear around death is all a part of healthy living.
Facilitators are Kate Riley, a Certified Death Doula, and Ryan Redman, Executive Director of the Flourish Foundation.
