Elections are tremendously important to us at The Flourish Collective; they are one way we show up well for our communities. Join us for this series of election-facing conversations to explore how to make a difference this election season - and bring others along.

Event One: Community Voices (Wednesday, September 9th)
What does civic engagement actually look like in your community?

Voting is just one piece of the puzzle. This opening conversation brings together neighbors, organizers, and everyday people to explore the many ways communities can shape policy, hold leaders accountable, and make their voices heard, especially in communities that have historically been left out of the room. Come ready to listen, share, and leave with tools you can use.

Event Two: Faith & the Vote (Wednesday, September 16th)
How do churches, synagogues, mosques and other houses of faith lead the way to the ballot box

Faith communities have long been at the heart of civic movements — and heading into 2026, that role is more important than ever. This session spotlights the strategies, stories, and organizing power of congregations of color and other houses of worship that are mobilizing their communities for the midterms. Whether you belong to a faith community or are simply curious about how people translate faith into political action, you'll walk away with concrete ideas for energizing your community around voting.

Event 3: Across the Table: Conversations that Matter (Wednesday, September 23rd)
How to talk politics with people who don't see it the way you do

The Thanksgiving table. The group chat. The coworker who votes completely differently than you do. We've all been there — and staying silent isn't the answer. This practical, skills-based session gives you a framework for having honest, respectful conversations about politics with friends and family who disagree or may be undecided.
