Colorado Health Network - Fort Collins Open House

Join the Northern Colorado Health Network for our Open House event on June 23rd, 2026, from 4 PM to 6 PM at 400 Remington St., Suite 100, Fort Collins, CO 80524.

Starting at 4 PM, community partners are invited for a special networking hour to mix and mingle with our team. At 4 PM, we welcome all community members to tour our office, meet the staff, and learn about our programs. This is a great opportunity to foster connections and discover how we serve the Northern Colorado community!
