Golfers, cornhole players, and guests are all invited to join the celebration.
| 9:00 AM | Morning golf check-in opens. Fresh fruit, light continental breakfast items, and coffee will be available. |
| 10:00 AM | Morning golf round begins with a shotgun start. |
| 11:30 AM | Afternoon golf and non-golfing cornhole registration opens. |
| 12:00 PM | BBQ lunch is served, the live band begins, and the full bar opens. |
| 1:30 PM | Afternoon golf begins, along with the preliminary rounds of the two-person cornhole tournament. |
| 3:30 PM | Cornhole championship rounds begin. |
| 4:00–6:00 PM | Afternoon hors d’oeuvres, golf games, refreshments, and social activities. |
| 6:00 PM | Event concludes. |
- At check-in, golfers may purchase a player a mulligan and double their chance of the $1,000 hole-in-one.
- Additional bets may be placed at the betting hole while on the course. These purchases will be cash only.
- Players and guests will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets at the event.
- Golfers and guests will receive a complimentary Bloody Mary or mimosa in the morning.
- Beverages will be available in coolers throughout the course, with a full bar located at Hole #6.
- Drink tickets will be provided for the event’s full bar.
Golf will take place on the Pleasanton Golf Center’s nine-hole course. The format is designed to be fast-paced, welcoming, and focused on fun.
Teams will register as foursomes. Two foursomes will begin on each hole in a shotgun format. Each foursome will keep its own score while moving through the course together as an “eightsome.”
Along the way, golfers will encounter special hole activations, eight-inch cups, beverage stations, and a full bar and betting experience at Hole #6. Each round is expected to take approximately two hours.
We are excited to introduce a two-person cornhole tournament this year! Morning golfers can stay after their round, enjoy lunch, and continue the friendly competition.
Two-person teams can participate in several ways:
- Combine cornhole registration with a morning golf round.
- Participate as representatives of a golf team that upgraded its package to include both activities.
- Register for cornhole independently without participating in golf.
Preliminary games will be played in a round-robin format, followed by championship rounds to determine the tournament winner. Representatives of the California Cornhole Association will operate the tournament.
The event will feature one or two exciting high-end raffle prizes. Raffle ticket pricing will be announced closer to the event. Please note that raffle tickets cannot be purchased online and will only be available at the event.
During the event, guests will be invited to raise their paddles and support the First Tee Tri-Valley financial aid program. Giving opportunities will begin at $5,000 and continue at several pledge levels down to $100.
The first $25,000 raised will be matched through a generous grant.
These funds help ensure that First Tee Tri-Valley programs remain available to children regardless of their families’ economic circumstances.
Many of our golfers and guests have supported our chapter’s events for many years. Before 2025, we hosted a high-end pro-am event at a local country club. We are incredibly appreciative of everyone who continues to support our mission through this new, more relaxed version of the event.
