About This Event
Four Oaks at Jane Boyd Community House is partnering with the Oakhill Jackson Neighborhood Association and Foundation 2 for a Trunk or Treat event Sunday, October 20, 2024! The event will take place in the parking lot east of Community Health Free Clinic (947 14th St SE). Help vulnerable children and families have a fun and festive Halloween!
Here's how you can get involved:
1) Be a TRUNK volunteer: Show up in a vehicle at 1:30 pm with your family, friends, coworkers, or group members, pop your trunk and decorate! Be ready at 2 pm to hand out candy to children. If you are feeling especially festive, feel free to don your own costume! (Please keep it family-friendly.) You can bring your own pre-packaged candy to hand out, or we can provide candy to you. We expect 150-200 children.
2) Be a TREAT donor: Make a financial contribution or donate pre-packaged candy prior to the event.
