About This Event
Framingham History Center 2026 House Tour
Sunday, May 17 | 12–5 PM
Tickets: $35 (Members get $5 off)
Join the Framingham History Center for our annual House Tour, one of our most anticipated events of the year. This special event offers a rare opportunity to step inside several private historic homes and notable buildings across Framingham.
Each location on the tour has been carefully selected to highlight the architecture, history, and character of Framingham’s built landscape. Visitors will see how historic homes have been preserved and cared for, while continuing to serve as vibrant living spaces. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship, stories, and people connected to these remarkable places.
Featured Highlights Include:
• Dating back to the late 1600s, one home offers a window into Framingham’s earliest days and the lives of the families who first settled here.
• A grand late-19th-century estate set on scenic grounds, rich in historic character and connected to the area’s agricultural past.
• Tudor-style architecture defines a beautifully preserved mansion, showcasing craftsmanship and the elegance of early 20th-century design.
• A historic civic building that played an important role in Framingham’s community life, hosting civic meetings and local events for generations.
…and more special stops that celebrate the history and architecture of Framingham.
How the Tour Works:
Begin your tour at Village Hall on the Common (2 Oak Street), where you will pick up your Souvenir Booklet, which also serves as your ticket. The booklet includes the locations of the homes and information about each site.
Guests may visit the homes in any order and travel between sites at their own pace. Transportation between locations is not provided.
While at Village Hall, enjoy light refreshments, use the restrooms, and take a moment to explore this beautifully preserved and fully accessible historic building.
For more information or questions about your FHC membership code, please contact FHC Programs Manager Claudia Ruiz Gustafson at claudia@framinghamhistory.org.
Tickets are non-refundable, and all proceeds benefit the Framingham History Center.
Please note: The private homes on the tour are not ADA accessible.
