The Owsley Brown Frazier Classic presented by ENCON Equipment is a sporting clay tournament annual fundraiser that celebrates Kentucky history and the legacy of our founder to support the mission of the Frazier History Museum. Shooters of all skill levels are welcome!

The following sponsorship levels include teams of 4 shooters:

  • Outdoorsman (1 team of four)
  • Sportsman (1 team of four)
  • Gamekeeper (2 teams of four)
  • Signature (3 teams of four)

Participants of the Frazier Classic are treated to:

  • Breakfast

  • Catered lunch and bar

  • Team golf cart

  • Safety demonstration

  • Tournament with Lewis Class scoring with awards and prizes

  • Awards ceremony

  • Swag 

  • Ammunition (12 or 20 gauge)

  • Auction & Raffle

  • Instructors/Range Marshals available on course for assistance

 

What to Expect:

Teams will spend the morning competing on a sporting clay course followed by a delicious catered lunch alongside a speciality Bourbon cocktail and full bar. While enjoying lunch and awaiting final scores*, guests have the opportunity to bid on auction items and purchase raffle tickets.  

Shooter Need to Knows:

Shooters of all levels are welcome to enjoy themselves in a well-maintained environment with highly trained professionals willing to help those who may need it. Participants must provide their own firearm and should wear proper attire, including footwear for walking and weather conditions. Eye and ear safety gear will be provided, but shooters are welcome to bring their own if preferred. This is a rain or shine event. If you are traveling into Louisville’s Muhammad Ali International Airport, please review the TSA guidelines to traveling with firearms.

Proceeds from the Owsley Brown Frazier Classic support the museum’s exhibitions, educational programs, and outreach efforts to connect with our community and region in sharing the stories of our Commonwealth.

*The tournament uses Lewis Class scoring, which allows all skill levels the opportunity to win awards.
