  • BVSPCA only provides spay/neuter surgery, administers rabies and FVRCP vaccinations, and marks cats with a painless ear tip clip.
  • Offer covers up to 5 community cats per person per appointment.
  • If a physical condition of concern is found during surgical preparation, your animal may be declined for surgery.
  • This service is intended for stray cats found in Washington, DC.
  • All cats will be scanned for identification, evaluated for adoption placement, and are subject to any district or state-mandated owner holds should identification be found.
