At the heart of the afternoon is the Friends of Youth Foundation Legacy Awards, an annual opportunity to honor the individuals whose leadership, service, and generosity have helped strengthen Friends of Youth and advance our mission. This year, we will recognize an outstanding board member, supporter, and employee whose contributions have made a lasting difference for youth and families. Their stories reflect the collective impact of our Foundation community and the donors whose ongoing investment helps make this work possible.
Guests will also receive an exclusive update about the future of the Friends of Youth Griffin Campus, newly named Griffin Place: a positive, supportive, and sustainable living community designed for youth, young adults, and families. For more than 70 years, the campus has played a vital role in supporting young people and families as they navigate challenges and build brighter futures. Building on that legacy, Griffin Place is being designed to do more than address immediate housing needs. Its innovative community model will help residents build the skills relationships, confidence, and support systems needed to thrive. Through opportunities for growth, connection, healing, and belonging, Griffin Place will help young people build successful, independent, and sustainable futures.
