Sisters of the Moon - Full Blue Moon Gathering Celebrating Sisterhood
May 31, 2026 - 6:00 - 9:00 pm at The Blake Lofts - Community Room
Frogtown Arts presents a new monthly gathering where women come together to slow down, breathe deep and shine brighter together. Each full moon, we’ll weave sound baths, guided meditation and gentle wellness offerings into an evening of connection, care and collective magic.
On May 31, 2026, we continue this luminous series with artist, urban botanist and holistic healer Nana Chen, who will present a tea ceremony and a restorative sound bath to help you release, reset and realign.
Eastern Botanical Tea & Moonlit Sound Bath
Join Nana for an evening of gentle healing and sensory restoration. In the first 30 minutes, you’ll be guided through the world of Eastern herbal botanicals, learning how to blend a personalized herbal tea designed to calm the mind and ease you into a restful night. Discover the natural properties of each plant and find the blend that speaks to your body.
The second half of the session (30 minutes) invites you to simply receive, lie back and be carried by the healing vibrations of a Moonlit Sound Bath, designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore your inner stillness. A perfect evening ritual for the feminine soul,.
Nana is also a talented artist and florist. She'll bring a selection of her art, decor and dried flower bouquets for purchase. She also offers divination and aura portraits-inquire with Nana!
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow to make your nest in our cozy room. Get comfy, get quiet and let the vibrations carry you. We also have chairs available. Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the moonlight on our patio.
Doors open at 6:00 pm, sound bath begins at 7:00 pm, hang out before or afterward, enjoy our patio along with some light snacks and sips under the moonlight.
$20.00 tax-deductible donation. 20 spots available. Ages 12+
