FRWA is thrilled to bring the greater Farmington River Watershed community together for our 7th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival! Due to popular demand and a sold-out event last year, we are hosting two days and two different programs at the Town Hall Auditorium in Collinsville this year.

Join us to celebrate the two national Wild & Scenic Rivers designations on the Upper Farmington River and the Lower Farmington River & Salmon Brook and learn more about the watershed and FRWA.

 

Friday, November 15, 7-9pm     

Doors open at 6pm

A showing of environmental river films, including special Farmington River focused films – a raffle with great prizes – cash bar serving Brewery Legitimus beer—hot cider and donuts from the Pickin’ Patch in Avon, popcorn and other concessions (included in all tickets)! $25 tickets—get your before we sell out!

 

Saturday, November 16, 2-4pm     - Doors open at 1pm

Matinée show featuring a Farmington River wildlife film and youth focused environmental films - family-friendly program with activities – Ben & Jerry’s ice cream comes with each ticket! $20 for adults, $15 for youth (15 and under)—includes an ice cream voucher!

 

Raffle items for Friday night from Ski Sundown, Little Oak Cafe, ShopRite of Canton, Hartford Yard Goats, and more!

Event sponsors include the Farmington River Coordinating Committee, the Lower Farmington & Salmon Brook Wild & Scenic Committee, Collinsville Canoe & Kayak, Feldmen, Perlstein & Greene LLC, and the Farmington River Anglers Assocaition!
