Spring Garden Walk

As the season slowly unfolds, the Spring Garden Walk at LongHouse is defined by a spectacular display of a variety of blooming daffodils, including the pure white Narcissus "Ice Wings", "Dutch Master", and "Jet Fire". With your guide Geoffrey Blatt, explore the vibrant azaleas and tulips that punctuate the landscape and complement the sculptures on display along the paths and on the lawns. Lush green mats of native woodland mayapples reveal nodding white or rose-colored flowers beneath their umbrella-like leaves. Find more indigenous plants in the Native Pollinator Garden, a dry shade garden that attracts uncommon pollinators and includes delicate spring ephemerals like columbine.
