Passes/Tickets will be available for pick up only at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will be notified via email of the exact location inside the hotel.
NOTE: You MUST come during the designated time to receive your package. Please notify us via email if you are sending a designee.
