Dear Community Champion,

The Southern Indiana WERQ Fitness instructor team is excited to once again partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Indiana for the 8th Annual Glow for Kids’ Sake charityWERQ event. WERQ (pronounced “work”) is a wildly addictive cardio dance fitness workout based on pop and hip-hop music. Through events like this, we harness the power of dance to unite our community for a great cause.

This year’s Glow for Kids’ Sake will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Six Strings on Franklin in Evansville, IN. Over the years, this blacklight dance fitness fundraiser has become a local tradition, bringing people together to pack the space, sweat, smile, and support youth in our community.

In 2025, we raised just over $10,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Indiana. With your help, we hope to be able to reach that goal again this year. Proceeds from the event directly benefit our local BBBS programs, which provide essential one-on-one mentoring relationships that help local youth reach their full potential.

How Your Sponsorship Makes an Impact:
Your partnership plays a pivotal role in making this event possible by covering costs such as event space supplies, and our high-demand neon event t-shirts. Each year, our neon shirts glow under the venue blacklights and keep your brand visible in the local community long after the event ends. 

We offer dynamic sponsorship levels ranging from $150 to $1,500, featuring unique opportunities to showcase your brand:

• Presenting Rights ($1,500): Exclusive title naming rights for the 2026 event and prime logo placement.
• Interactive Station Placement ($500): Prominent signage at high-traffic event areas, including our Photo Booth, Glow Station, T-Shirt Customization, Snacks, or Check-In tables and logo placement on event t-shirts.
• T-Shirt & Digital Exposure ($150-$300): Logo or business listing on the official neon event tees, individual or group social media highlights, and website features.
