South Carolina Summit - Georgetown

Join us in downtown Georgetown, South Carolina for the 2026 Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor South Carolina Summit a two-day gathering celebrating culture, community and preservation. 

This year’s theme, “Voices of Preservation: Culture, Land & Legacy,” will explore critical conversations surrounding Gullah traditions, language preservation, cultural tourism, and heirs’ property conservation. Attendees will hear from inspiring speakers, including keynote speaker Ron Daise.

Thursday, June 25: Day 1:  Gullah Table Experience

📍 The Gullah Museum Parking Lot - 123 King St Unit 6, Georgetown, SC 29440

Enjoy local vendors, delicious catered cuisine, music from a live DJ, and fellowship at the Gullah Museum. Shopping begins at 5:30pm and dinner served at 6:00pm vendor market.
