This year’s luncheon and fundraiser will feature Telva McGruder, a powerful keynote speaker, meaningful connection, and a few unexpected touches that bring warmth and energy to the experience, including s’mores and shared moments of celebration. We will also proudly honor the Founders Award, inspired by Juliette Gordon Low’s vision, creating something lasting, and belief in the power of girls.

Telva’s keynote will challenge us to reflect, respond, and rise to the shared responsibility of shaping a stronger, more equitable future for girls across Wisconsin and beyond.
Telva is a global manufacturing leader at General Motors, driving digital innovation and operational excellence. A former chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer, she is passionate about expanding access and building inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive. She serves on the Girl Scouts of the USA Board of Directors, championing opportunities that empower girls to grow as confident leaders and bold problem-solvers.
