The Choral Institute is a beloved tradition at Green Lake Festival of Music and welcomes anyone who loves to sing! This festival chorus performs a variety of pieces from throughout the choral repertory. This year’s repertoire includes Randall Thompson's Frostiana and Dominick Argento's Walden Pond. August 7-10, 2024
Each year, the Composer Residency collaborates closely with and performs exclusively music by the GLFM’s Composer-in-Residence. In 2024, we are excited to welcome Dale Trumbore as our featured composer! This year’s Composer Residency will also give at least one world premiere commissioned by GLFM especially for this occasion. August 8-11, 2024.
Cost is $150 for each program (Discounted to $250 if participating in both). Participants are responsible for meals, housing, transportation, and music purchase. Registration fee is non-refundable, but spaces are limited, so please do register as soon as you can.
