Aaron lives in Cedar Park, TX. Everyone knows that he is very creative. In his spare time, he enjoys creating maps and drawing in great detail and precision. At BiG, he enjoys working in the candle enterprise the most.

Abby is one of the coolest people you will ever meet. Her witty personality and quick humor is guaranteed to make you laugh. In her free time you can catch her on YouTube watching spy ninjas or on Disney+. Abby is very meticulous about her work when cutting out dog treats and making soap. She’s a hard worker and will win your heart over with just a smile.

Abby is the whole package! She's not only a hard-worker and a social butterfly but loves to give a helping hand to other coworkers. When on break during the day, she likes to spend time in Bible study with her prayer journal. A fan of music, her favorite artists range from Taylor Swift to Kendrick Lamar. Abby's favorite enterprise to work on is shower steamers, but also enjoys the process of pouring paint designs on Bee Cave's beautiful cutting boards.

Abby J. is a joy to be around! Her energy and laughter draws everyone in. Being around her brings out your authentic self. She loves a silly moment, lemonade, and striking a yoga pose. She is great at making dog treats, specifically cutting them out using the mold. Abby brings life and excitement to every day!

Abi is quick to greet friends with a big high five or hug. Abi loves working with her hands and playing matching games. Abi’s smile after completing a task can captivate the room. She enjoys being the one to put our pies in the boxes and have them ready before they are sent to the shop. Outside of BiG, Abi enjoys spending time with horses, and watching music videos. We are so blessed to have her at BiG!

Once she joined the BiG family, Alli immediately made herself at home. She is always on top of the schedule and enthusiastic about getting to the work room. Her favorite things are working with her friends and watching the movie trolls, dance parties would be a close third!

Ambrose’s rhythmic positivity and strong work ethic help’s keep a lively tempo at BiG. He loves to rock out to Coldplay, Gospel and Disney music while he works and is eager to help with any job. When not working at BiG, Ambrose enjoys relaxing at the beach, bowling, going to the movies and worshipping at church.

Although originally from Irving, Amy has been a Georgetown resident for as long as she can remember. She loves working in both the BiG café and shop, but her favorite part of BiG is working with the clay alongside her friends. At home, Amy spends her time watching Texas Rangers baseball and Longhorn football with her dad. She would like everyone to know how happy she is working at BiG.

Annabel truly has a heart of gold and has quickly become everyone’s friend here at BiG! She grew up in Georgetown and Annabel jumped right into working at BiG. She enjoys working with the clay alongside her friends and glazing pottery. While at home, Annabel loves hanging with her kitty named Tasha, watching church online, and playing on her phone. She says if she could do anything in the world she would continue helping make pies in the BiG bakery!

Anthony is both a practical joker and a sensitive soul, and keeps his peers and staff laughing at BiG. Anthony holds a vast knowledge of all things Titanic and WWII aircraft especially the Japanese Zero. Outside of work Anthony enjoys watching movies, swimming and bowling and has his own workshop where he spends much of his time building detailed models of the Titanic and WWII ships and aircraft. He likes all kinds of music but his favorite artist is Taylor Swift. Anthony has many goals and aspirations. He is saving his money for concert tickets with a backstage pass to meet Taylor Swift. He dreams of visiting the Titanic museum in Belfast, Ireland and would love to ride the submarine down two miles to see the wreckage of the Titanic. He has been to the Planes of Fame museum in Chino, California twice to see the only flying original Japanese Zero and is looking forward to a return trip.

Ashley loves all things fun – and it shows. Some of her favorite things include costumes, dancing and singing. At BiG, Ashley enjoys hand making cards and working in the BiG Café but its her new friends that she loves best. When she is not at BiG, Ashley enjoys spending time at her grandparent’s ranch. Ashley would like everyone to know that she is a Disney expert and aspires to one day star in her own dance show.

Auggie’s winning smile and can-do attitude make him a welcome addition to the BiG workplace. This hard worker from Pflugerville is an Eagle Scout and an accomplished Special Olympics athlete. Auggie enjoys horseback riding, and watching videos on the computer. He enjoys making beautiful items working alongside his friends at BiG.

Bart was born in Austin, and moved to Georgetown in 2003. From pounding out large slabs of clay to finishing detail work on a card, Bart brings a myriad of skills to BiG. He is a kind soul always looking to lend a hand to anyone who needs it. On the weekends you can find Bart working at a local theater, skateboarding, or playing video games. One day he hopes to travel the world.

Ben is a man of deep faith with a love for people. He loves being with his friends, watching Longhorn sports and coming to work each day. While at BiG, Ben livens up each work room with his encouraging attitude and desire to make everybody’s day. While Ben loves every enterprise it is baking pies in the BiG bakery that he gets most excited about! Ben dreams of one day becoming the BiG security guard- we’re sure that dream will come true!

Ben is a hard worker who takes pride in his work. His favorite thing to do at BiG is extracting and bottling honey. When not at work, Ben loves animation, drawing, listening to music, reading comics, and playing video games. Ben is an expert on Marvel and superhero movies and he enjoys sharing his knowledge about them.

Born in India but raised in Michigan, Beth moved to Georgetown in 2009. Beth is not only a skilled glazer but also a kind and thoughtful friend. Here at BiG, she enjoys glazing and working in the BiG shop. Beth spends her weekends on ice, either figure skating or playing hockey. She also loves to write, especially for her family blog. Beth would like everyone to know how much she loves being a part of the BiG family!

Bhanu jumps into each enterprise with a smile. He loves to glaze and make bracelets but is truly most proud of his calendar skills. Bhanu always knows what is going on. When not at work, he loves to spend time with his family and watch Saved By The Bell!

Bradley is a very friendly guy who makes everyone feel welcome as soon as they come in the door. When he is not at BiG, Bradley loves riding his 4-wheeler, spurs basketball, listening to George Strait, and working outside with his dad. On the weekends he spends time with family and hopes to one day meet George Strait again.

The oldest of five, Brian and his entire family moved from Ohio just to be a part of BiG. He is polite, hardworking and an asset to the organization. Brian welcomes every newcomer with a sincere greeting and his infectious laugh is enjoyed by all. He loves a wide array of music that spans from Luke Bryan to Carly Simon and can sing along to every tune. Brian’s favorite enterprise is clay but his favorite part of BiG is all of the friends he has made.

Briana has a smile that can light up any room, and she does so on a daily basis at BiG. She is a skilled potter and wonderful glazer but it is delivering cookies to Hat Creek that is her absolute favorite. While not working, Briana loves to do puzzles and play games on her iPad. She would like everyone to know how much she loves her friends at BiG.

Brittany is a constant light each day at BiG. From day one, she was part of the family making fast friends with staff and Citizen alike. Her wonderful personality and love for joking around keeps us constantly laughing. In her free time, Brittany enjoys competing in one of her many Special Olympic endeavors as well as spending time with her family, usually cheering on the Cowboys. She would like everyone to know that decorating her yard at Christmas is one of her favorite things to do. She even has a 12’ blow up dragon with candy canes!!

Cameron is a hard worker who takes tremendous pride in his work. His favorite thing to do at BiG is paint crosses. He is always offering a helping hand to his friends and loves to tour around any visitor that stops by. For fun, Cameron likes to play computer games, eat dinner with his family, and play with his dog, Millie.

Caroline is a funny, fun and happy young lady. She has been a Citizen of BiG ATX since the first day it started five years ago! Caroline is so smart and fun to be with. She enjoys learning and going new places. She loves her family, swimming, horses, camp, traveling, museums, animals, movies and working at BiG ATX.

Chandra has been excited to walk through every open door the Lord has given him - especially his latest, working at BiG ATX! Chandra has an amazing sense of humor and always keeps his friends laughing. He is an encourager and loves doing his best and taking on new responsibilities. He is a natural leader and an essential part of the ATX campus.

Originally from Kansas, Chelsea and her family moved to Georgetown in 2007. At BiG, Chelsea loves creating pottery and handmade cards. She is quick to share the books she brings to the program with staff and volunteers. Chelsea has a deep love for animals and goes to cat and dog shows during her free time. Her favorite breed of cat is the Tonkinese.

Christopher is a man of great care, great work, and great art. His paint pours are out of this world and he loves a good challenge with a new puzzle. His creativity and cherished friendships with fellow Citizens does not go unnoticed.

Born in Austin, Texas, Corey began attending BiG in the spring of 2015. As our resident history buff, Corey can provide facts ranging from Ancient Mesopotamia to the Great World Wars. By creating beautifully detailed glazed pottery, pounding out slabs of fresh clay, and delighting his peers with his Goofy impersonation, Corey brings a multitude of talents to BiG. In his free time he loves to play video games, browse the internet or go horseback riding.

Dalton is an easy-going man with a heart of gold. When at BiG, he can be found hard at work in his favorite enterprises- clay and cards. If you catch Dalton out and about, you might find him with friends and family at a local pizza parlor, the movies, or throwing strikes at the bowling alley!

Born in Louisiana, raised in Oklahoma and now a full-fledged Texan, Darla is a refreshing addition to this BiG family. She is a hard worker who always exudes a positive attitude. At BiG Darla excels in all enterprises but it is working with customers in our retail shop and café that excites her the most! When not at work, Darla loves feeding deer in her backyard and playing board games. Fun fact: she was once nominated for Volunteer of the Year by United Way! Darla is always able to bring a smile to your face and wants everyone to know how much she loves her job!

Debbie is an enthusiastic worker with an admirable ability to accessorize. She loves to motivate and help her coworkers. Debbie often brings in drawings and notes of encouragement for volunteers, staff and friends. In addition to writing and art, Debbie enjoys completing puzzles, making jewelry, helping with chores, listening to music and watching movies.

Drake (aka Cowboy Drake) can often be found sporting his boots and a cowboy hat. He enjoys making cookies and performing Garth Brooks songs for his coworkers.

Emily moved all the way from Missouri to work at BiG and we sure are thankful she did! While she excels at all she does, Emily loves making cards and jewelry the best! She’s a lover of country music and dance parties and always brings a smile to everyone she meets.

Emily is originally from Houston but has called Georgetown home for quite a while now. Emily’s upbeat personality and sense of humor make work extra fun! She enjoys every job she does at BiG, and loves experiencing new things overall. When Emily is not at BiG she likes to hang out with her mom, do word finds, and play board games. Her favorite color is green.

You better get ready for a good time if you're planning on hanging around Emma! With a joyous and playful personality, Emma keeps the room lively with her jokes and energetic nature! If you need a friend to get hyped for the day, she's got your back!

Born in Arlington, Texas, Emma began attending BiG in 2014. She can light up a room with her vibrant smile and loves all things musical, especially Disney themed. Emma and her family moved to Georgetown in 2017. When not working at BiG, Emma enjoys watching movies at home and in theatres, swimming, and going out to eat.

Emma is full of joy and is always willing try something new. She enjoys working in the kitchen the most, especially on a cookie baking day! When not hard at work in the kitchen, you can find her playing basketball, making crafts, or painting her nails.

Emma is a joy to be around. She is kind, funny, and outgoing. She loves working in the café, the greenhouse, and clay the best, but is mostly just happy to be working at BiG. When not working, Emma can be found walking her dog or hanging out with her sisters. She loves participating in Special Olympics and tries to be involved in every sport possible! She would like everyone to know that she is brave and cheerful!

Eric brings laughter, singing and dancing to our work- rooms. He is a skilled potter and masterful glazer. Eric’s acting skills and humor make him the perfect “Tinman” in our Wizard of BiG production. Eric enjoys bike riding, playing video games, working at Kohl’s, and hanging out. He has won several gold medals in Special Olympics bowling, standing long jump, and the 100-yard dash.

Harry is a dependable, hard-working member of the LIGHT makeshift family. Harry is BiG’s biggest Mickey fan. He is willing to step up and help the team in whatever way needed.

Besides being a proud older brother to twin sisters, Jackson enjoys spending time in Durango, Colorado with his family where he skis and plays golf. He also likes to catch a wave when at the beach. Jackson’s kind and gentle soul are a welcomed addition to any work room.

Jake has a killer smile and is easy to get along with. He loves dance parties and prefers his music on the loud side. He is also pretty handy with technology, and likes navigating any and all electronic devices. When not at work, Jake enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar.

Jana has a quiet and sweet personality that makes all of us smile. She dances through each workroom gracefully completing each task set before her. Although glazing is her favorite, BiG band music and cards would be a close second. When not at work, Jana loves listening to music and spending time with her family.

Jason is a born and raised Texan who is also one of the original BiG Citizens. Jason is a man of deep faith and daily encourages others by speaking reminders of God’s many blessings. While he enjoys making cards or putting the price tags on the finished items at BiG, Jason’s favorite thing of all is receiving a paycheck!

Creative, kind and hard working, Jenny adds a quiet grace to the workroom. Lucky for BiG, Jenny also brings experience and wisdom learned from her tenure at the inspirational Brookwood Community in Brookshire, TX. Jenny moved to Georgetown in 2015 and loves to spend time with her mother, bake cookies, exercise, and watch TV. While Jenny’s capable hands touch every enterprise, her absolute favorite is making granola. Jenny would like everyone to know that she totally loves her job and dreams of someday starring in a movie.

At BiG, Jeremiah is up for any task and always gives his all. He quickly learns new skills and is an asset in the clay, glazing and card rooms. His favorite job at work is imprinting the clay with a pattern using the rolling pin. When not at work, Jeremiah enjoys camping, the band Styx, and hanging out with his brother.

Jill's love for work and Jesus is a constant encouragement to others at BiG. One of the most brightly dressed in the room, she loves the color pink best. When not at work, Jill enjoys bowling, watching movies and snuggling with her two cats, Lynx and Calico. She's held several other jobs before working at BiG and work is her biggest point of pride.

Joel was born and raised in Austin, but his family moved to Georgetown soon after he started working at BiG. Joel loves all his new friends, glazing and working in the slab room. His smile is contagious and he loves to greet people everywhere he goes. When not at BiG, Joel enjoys UT basketball, going to concerts and visiting his Grandma in Galveston. He loves spending time with his family and going to church.

Johnathon’s lively personality and gentle nature make him an essential part of our team. His favorite thing to work on at BiG is painting. When not at BiG Johnathon likes to watch movies, read, and ride his bike. He loves working with his friends.

Jordan makes friends quickly and loves a great conversation. Jordan is a Tiny Home resident at Grace Place. She loves spending time with her family, a good puzzle, arts, and crafts, and is a very supportive co-worker. She has a great sense of humor that can bring a smile to anyone!

JT is a charmer and will get you smiling the first minute of meeting him. He has a silly sense of humor and loves to make others laugh. His favorite enterprise is bracelets and his coworkers enjoy his sincere, earnest spirit. JT loves to be active with his family, listen to Christian music, and enjoys running, hiking, reading books, singing, and dancing.

Kaitie’s favorite part about BiG: her friends. Kaitie has a big personality and an even bigger heart. With her confident sense of self and empathetic spirit, Kaitie brings love and laughter to the workroom. Her creativity and positivity are integral to production. When not at work, Kaitie likes hanging out with her parents and sister, listening to Luke Bryan and One Direction, and playing basketball.

Katie brings an air of fun and sass into the room! She is the kind of person you easily want to call your best friend. She is a huge fan of John Cena and pro Wrestling in general. In addition to hanging out with her friends at work, she also loves baking pies in the BiG Pie kitchen.

In 2014, Kelsey moved with her family from Port Aransas to Georgetown in order to attend BiG. She loves to laugh, sing, and dance, and says that her favorite part of BiG is being with friends. Kelsey loves reading, writing, drawing, and going to the library. She is a true sports fan, and pledges her loyalty to teams who win. One day Kelsey hopes to go to Paris.

Kevin has lived in the Round Rock/Georgetown area his whole life and loves to be active in his community. He likes to travel with family, play with his 2 labradoodles, listens to all kinds of music (especially George Strait), sings in a special needs chorus, and loves to watch action and comedy movies. At BiG, he especially enjoys the culinary enterprises and is an expert at wrapping cookies.

Kinsey has a passion for art and music and loves expressing herself through the creative art initiative at BiG. Kinsey also loves making “thumbs up hands” out of clay and is a master of glue dot placement in our card department. When Kinsey is not at BiG you can find her tenderly caring for her fourteen American Girl Dolls, or playing with her four dogs.

Kyle and his family moved to Georgetown from Michigan. He has a great attention to detail in his work. In his free time, Kyle enjoys drawing and working with puzzles.

BiG has made such a difference in Kylie’s life. She is excited about going to work and has such satisfaction, pride and a feeling of accomplishment in her work at BiG. Her favorite things about BiG are “making ceramics, the fun job supervisors and my new friends”.

Lizzie is an incredible BiG promoter and loves to tell the tour all about our amazing pies, and all the Citizen-made products that can be found in the shop or cafe. Her favorite enterprise is pies! When not at BiG, Lizzie loves to travel, go to the movies, shop, and help Mom cook. She can also dazzle you with her voice and musicality. She loves to relax in the sunshine while reading a good magazine. She brings joy and community wherever she goes.

Logan grew up in the town of Kyle Texas and is a citizen at BiG ATX! He is someone who is always trying to begin meaningful and intentional conversations! He loves spending time with family and coworkers, making people laugh and going to the movies! When Logan is at work he loves to make liquid soap and dog treats! Logan is constantly bringing the team together and finding ways to build strong relationships with his coworkers, he feels very happy to be at BiG!

Lorena wakes up and goes to sleep with a smile on her face, and throughout her day she spreads her sweetness to all around her. Lorena loves all things BiG but it is her friends and making soap she loves the best! She adores her family and friends and wants everyone to know that she is a wonderful artist!

Luke can't help but smile while he works. He has an infectious kindness that everyone around him notices and loves. He also has killer dance moves.

Marcus is a great observer, loves to play in his church band and dabbles in song writing. Marcus loves flying, fishing, and creating new recipes for his family and friends to try! He absolutely loves being an Uncle and is the best family man!

With an infectious laugh and uplifting spirit, Mary Catherine brings sass and flare to each work session. While she is great in all enterprises, clay is her favorite. However, it is seeing her name on her pink apron that she is most proud of. She is encouraging and friendly to everyone who has the privilege of working beside her. When not at BIG, Mary Catherine enjoys shopping, bowling, water parks, singing, dancing and riding horses. She loves petting, holding, and interacting with all animals and they all respond to the love she shares with them. She wants everyone to know that God made everyone with His perfect Holy Spirit and if they see others through the eyes of God with His perfect vision, they will see His love shining through their eyes and big smiles because He is present In their heart.

Funny and sweet are two words that come to mind when you think of Melea- she is a bright spot in our workrooms. Originally from Northern California, Melea moved to Georgetown just for BiG- and we are so thankful she did. She loves all things Disney and spending time with her family. At BiG, singing with her friends is her favorite but glazing coasters is a close second. Melea loves to go to Disney world and dreams to one day work there in the store greeting people and making their days better. She would like everyone to know that she is a talented and hard worker!

Melissa was born in Idaho and now lives in Georgetown with her family. She joined the BiG family in 2019, and she loves to make her friends and coworkers laugh! Melissa enjoys making Christmas ornaments out of clay, and especially loves working in the glazing room and making earrings. She likes to keep herself healthy by drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. She says that the best thing about days off is staying home and sleeping in!

It is almost impossible to be sad around Michelle. She carries an infectious joy with her everywhere she goes! Originally from Austin, Michelle graduated from high school in Midland, but now lives in Burnet. When she has free time she enjoys swimming, bowling, fishing, and spending time with her nieces. At BiG, she enjoys working in the shop because she just loves meeting new people. She wants people to know that she is caring and kind. She says if you get the chance to meet her you will "fall in love."

Mimi is a true, born and raised Texan! She brings a love for jokes and laughing to BiG Bee Cave. While at work, Mimi likes making the aromatherapy shower steamers by pressing them into the mold. Her favorite part is measuring and adding the scent though! Mimi also enjoys mixing the cement and water together to form the beautiful candle holders to be filled by LIGHT campus. When not at work, she listens to music and spends time with her sister. Horses are her favorite animal—she has loved them for almost her entire life and spends time riding when she can. She enjoys coming to work at BiG and making beautiful products!

Neil’s wonderful humor and artistic senses have been a welcome addition to our program. While he loves to draw in his free time, here at BiG it is glazing he loves best. Skilled in all of our enterprises Neil’s favorite part of working at BiG is pay day! When he is not working, Neil enjoys playing on the computer as well as making videos to keep us all laughing.

Payton is a powerhouse coworker! You can find him in the shop, café, slabbing, or just working hard in the work rooms. His calm demeanor creates a balance in the room that he is in and his love for order and direction helps us to stay on task and show God’s glory through creation. He wants those shopping at BiG to know that he and his coworkers work hard to create and produce beautiful products.

Pearl is in constant laughter and is always asking everyone questions here at BIG ATX. She was born and raised in Austin, and she is keeping it awesome. Her favorite enterprise is making dog treats. In her free time she loves to dance to Chinese music. She said that if she could be anything in the world she would be the tickle monster. She wants people to know she a is really fun person!

Roman brings a quiet playfulness to the crew. He loves the carwash and all things fun! He has been part of the Miracle League from its beginning -- can hit a pitched ball and loves to run bases; Eats everything with ketchup and his favorite dessert is chocolate cake!

Russell has an inquisitive nature that doesn't go unnoticed. He loves understanding the 'why' in all things! His favorite things to do are offer a helping hand or share his favorite sport stats. If you ever want to know what the weather will look like or what football team has the most wins, Russell is your guy. His favorite place to be is the kitchen, with a special love and skill for packaging all things BiG!

Sam is a hard and willing worker who enjoys the variety of enterprises at BiG LIGHT. He enjoys interacting with his coworkers. When not at BiG, Sam works on his family’s ranch. His hobbies include playing football, drawing, and showing people how strong he is. Sam is a Star Wars fanatic! When you meet him, be sure to ask for his best Santa impersonation...you will not be disappointed!

Sarah lights up each work room with her positivity and eagerness to work. Her ever present happiness is contagious to all those around her. While she enjoys working in every enterprise, working with beautiful flowers in the greenhouse is her absolute favorite. When not at work, Sarah enjoys watching tv, doing puzzles, and going on walks. She loves her family and all her new friends at BiG

Sarah lives in Austin, TX. She is a big fan of Toy Story, horses, and zebras. One of her favorite foods is spaghetti with red sauce. Sarah works hard learning all of the enterprises, and when she is not hard at work, you can usually find her drawing, one of her all-time favorite activities.

Sean’s favorite enterprise at BiG is pottery and he is one of our expert sunflower cross artisans. He is also BiG’s go-to guy for all of our strongest tasks and is always willing to help. In his free time Sean enjoys swimming, bowling, playing video games and hanging out with his brother. One day Sean would love to travel to China to see panda bears in the wild.

With a gentle spirit and a smile that'll turn your day around, Sydney is a fun and easy friend to be around. She enjoys working in all the enterprises at BiG, and has a hard time picking a favorite. At her home in Round Rock, she enjoys watching movies and playing computer games. In addition to these interests, she has a deep love for horses, and competes as a Special Olympics Equestrian rider. She wants people to know that she is pretty independent.

Tanner is the group jokester! He is making everyone laugh while pulling peoples legs. He likes to teach everyone sign language and is very animated when telling his stories. In his free time he likes to help others, play his switch video game, and work with wood. He likes making the dog treats and is very helpful when making resin earrings. He is constantly looking for ways to help and serve others.

Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, Tim is always willing to lend a hand. With a penchant for organization and great attention to detail, he keeps BiG’s production humming. Tim is passionate about recycling and has started an initiative at BiG. He loves watching movies (especially Herbie movies), going bowling, playing pool, and hanging out with friends and family.

A contagiously joyful person be around, Toi moved to Georgetown so she could be a part of BiG. She is a hard worker with a BiG smile! Toi loves working with her friends in all enterprises but Soap and glazing are her absolute favorites! When not at BiG Toi loves to spend time with her family, go bowling or do jigsaw puzzles!

When you think of Tony you just think cool- because Tony is. He has a great sense of style, greets everybody personally and loves to work hard. Tony can name and draw every flag in the world and loves to do so at breaks. His favorite areas to work in are clay and jewelry but he most enjoys sharing his knowledge of animals and flags with his friends each day.

One of the best friends you could ask for, Victoria has the ability to make anyone smile even on the worst of days. Her joy and humor make everyone around her feel at home and loved. At BiG, she loves to make cards and hang out with her bestie, Jen. When she's not at work, she likes to go shopping with her aunt, and hopefully make her way to Chuy's!
