Raffle Period
Raffle ticket sales begin July 4, 2026, and end at 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on October 12, 2026, unless tickets sell out earlier.
Ticket Prices
1 Ticket: $20
6 Tickets: $100
All ticket purchases are final. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Denago Rover XL Electric Golf Cart supplied through Mission Golf Cars in Tyler, Texas.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,995.
The prize will be awarded as-is. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses associated with accepting and owning the prize, including, but not limited to, title, registration, taxes, insurance, transportation, licensing, and any other applicable fees.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase and legally eligible to participate under Texas law.
Employees, directors, and members of the Board of Directors of CampV, their spouses or domestic partners, their dependent children, and any person residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
Drawing
The winning ticket will be selected by random drawing on October 13, 2026, at Mission Golf Cars, located at 17865 State Hwy 155, Flint, TX 75762.
The winner does not need to be present to win.
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Claiming the Prize
The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within 10 calendar days of the first notification attempt.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the required 10-day period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of raffle tickets sold.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants CampV and Rose City Airfest permission to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. CampV will comply with all applicable IRS reporting requirements.
General Conditions
By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of CampV, which are final in all matters relating to the raffle.
CampV reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the raffle if necessary to comply with applicable law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
