Join us for our 5th Annual Golf "Fore" Hospice! 

August 19, 2025 at Centennial Acres to support Hospice of Lansing,
Ionia Area Hospice, and Stoneleigh Residence. 

For over 45 years, we have been the only free standing, community based, certified, non-profit hospice that provides care, comfort and support to patients and families in the mid-Michigan area.

All proceeds and donations for this event will help Build on our Promise to expand
Stoneleigh Residence.

Golfers have a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Come early to explore & sign up for the contests, 50/50, and gift basket drawing. There will be a Continental Breakfast and driving range starting at 8 a.m. along with an all you can eat BBQ & Burger Lunch provided at the turn. 

After your day, check to see if you won a gift basket and join us for a drink and snacks at the "19th Hole" Awards. Estimated time for awards is 2:00 p.m. 

And remember, our event will be held, rain or shine.
