Tee off for a day of fun, competition and giving back at Spero Medical Pregnancy Resource Center's Golf Fore Life Tournament. This 8"cup Scramble is a fun twist on traditional golf! With oversized 8-inch cups on every green (except the Hole in One Challenge and the Beat the Pro Challenge), this lighthearted format makes putting easier and the game faster—perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Gather your team for a day of friendly competition, great prizes, and plenty of laughs. Whether you're in it to win or just here for the fun, this tournament promises a memorable day on the course! This is your opportunity to showcase your golf skills, compete for exciting prizes and, most importantly, support a meaningful cause.

Kick off your day with a hearty breakfast, including breakfast burritos, fresh fruit and morning beverages. After a memorable round on the Yocha Dehe golf course, stick around for a delicious buffet lunch, awards ceremony, auction and raffle prizes as we celebrate together the impact we've made!
In addition to breakfast, lunch and 18 holes of golf on a world-class course, the entrance fee includes a swag bag.

If the participant is a minor, a parent or guardian must complete and sign this form on their behalf.
