To request an invoice for your sponsorship payment, make your selection(s) below and click the "Request An Invoice" button on the payment page.

Please note the following:

• After you submit this invoice form, we will process your registration immediately. This will allow us to reserve your sponsorship.

• Within 2 business days, you will receive confirmation of your registration via email (registration receipt). You will also receive an email with ticket information (if applicable).

• Payment will be due within 10 business days after you receive your registration receipt from us.

• If we do not receive payment within the 10 days, your sponsorship selection may be made available to other potential sponsors and your tickets voided.

• If you need to delay your PAYMENT beyond the 10 day window, please indicate your payment date on your donor information page so that we know not to contact you until after that date for payment. (Please note that you will still receive a 'receipt' for your registration even though you will not make payment until the date indicated.)

• If you would like to reserve your sponsorship before the end of 2025 but need your GIFT TAX RECEIPT to be dated in 2026, please contact HEF Director of Development, Carmen Sifuentes, at Carmen.GonzalezSifuentes@hayscisd.net immediately upon submission of this form.
