2026 GRM Ambassador Team Season (March–October)
Who it’s for: Female-identifying adults of all paces and distances (run or walk).

Workshops
- Welcome Workshop: March 10th, 6-8 PM at the Confluence Center. Guest speaker: Rye Palen will discuss examining the narratives we carry about who we are and what we can accomplish, identifying the ones that hold us back, and learning how to rewrite them for greater success in life and athletics.
- End-of-Season Workshop: October (exact date and topic TBD)

Second Saturday of the Month Run + Trailgate: monthly starting in April (trail + road options)

Speed & Hill Session: Wednesdays at 6 AM, March 25 - April 29

Free access to the Missoula Marathon Training class: beginning March 1st (Sunday 8 AM and Thursday 6 PM) (RWM membership required, link here)

Trail running classes: Mondays at 6 PM, April 6 - May 18 (RWM membership required, link here)

Sentinel Hill Climb: weekly, 6 weeks, week of July 27 - August 31
