2026 - Food Truck Registration for Homecoming Block Party

CALLING ALL FOOD TRUCK VENDORS!

Millersville University is excited to invite food truck vendors to be a part of our Homecoming Block Party festivities! This year's event promises to be bigger and better, with a vibrant crowd of 5,000 attendees, including students, alumni, families, and large groups of friends. Here's everything you need to know to get on board:

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, October 17th
• Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: Student Memorial Center, Millersville University

Why Participate

• Large Audience: Showcase your culinary delights to an enthusiastic crowd of 5,000 attendees.
• Targeted Demographics: Reach a diverse audience including students, alumni, families, and community groups.
• Extensive Marketing: Benefit from wide-ranging event promotions in print, digital, and social media.
• Promotion: We will include your food truck name and logo on our website.
• Less Competition:  This year we will be limiting our food trucks to 4 vendors, down from 9 last year.

Registration Information:

• Registration Fee: A flat $100 fee to participate (alumni $75).
• Utilities: Electricity and water are not available
• Refund Policy: Millersville University reserves the right to cancel a scheduled food truck with a refund. Other refunds are not offered.

Logistics:

• Setup and Departure: Trucks need to arrive by 7 AM and are expected to depart by 4:00 PM.
• Restrooms: Vendors can use the restroom facilities in the Student Memorial Center.
• Waste Disposal: Vendors are responsible for their own waste disposal and recycling.

Permits and Required Documents:

• Necessary Documentation: Vendors must have all required permits and licenses to operate at Millersville University.
• Insurance: Vendors must maintain applicable insurance.
