GROW Healthy Kids’ 10th Anniversary Morning of Wellness: A celebration of movement, community, and whole-person health
For ten years, GROW Healthy Kids has worked to ensure every child has access to the tools and opportunities they need to thrive. This November, we invite our partners, families, and champions to celebrate this milestone with us in a morning filled with joy, connection, and movement.

Sign-In Opens: 8:15 AM
What to Expect
The Morning of Wellness will feature six dynamic fitness clinics, including:
• Running, yoga, and dance, with special guest host Alexa Lorenzo, WFTV 9 anchor
• Ball handling clinics led by local professional teams: Orlando Magic, Orlando City, Orlando Pride, and the Orlando Squeeze
Additional Highlights
• Access to free community resources promoting family health, safety, and wellness
• A welcoming, inclusive space for families of all backgrounds to explore simple, joyful ways to stay active—at home, in neighborhoods, and across communities
•Note: Ball handling clinics require on-site check-in and time assignment. Registration is first-come, first-served with limited capacity per session.
Registration & Waivers
All caregivers and youth attendees must register and sign a waiver in advance.
While donations are encouraged to support GROW’s continued work, they are not required, our priority is access for all.
