About This Event

The Grow A Little Breakfast is a fund and friend-raising event to learn about Big Brothers Big Sisters and how companies, individuals, and organizations can become engaged in our mission: to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth!

Every child deserves a chance to thrive. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that empower young people to reach their full potential. The social/emotional, mental health, and long-term economic outcomes for kids mentored in the BBBS program are impressive and sustainable. Join us to learn more!

At the Grow a Little Breakfast, BBBS will

  • Inform: We will explain the critical need for our programs and the lifelong, positive impact your engagement can have on Littles, Bigs, and the entire Southeast Michigan region.

  • Inspire: You’ll hear heartwarming stories from real people impacted by the power of mentoring.

  • Identify: There’s an opportunity to engage with BBBS that fits your schedule, goals, and financial ability. The first step is planting the seed!

Breakfast & Program 8:00 - 9:00 am

A hot breakfast will be served, and there will be time to network with other attendees who share your interest in nurturing youth to grow and succeed. Parking is free until 9 am. There is a parking lot directly across the street from The Community House and ample street parking nearby.
