2nd Annual BarkBash 2026

Mark your calendars and leash up your best friend — BarkBash 2026 is happening Saturday, May 9th from 12-3 p.m. at 3D Dog / The Dog House (near the Rotary Trail, behind Birmingham Animal Hospital))!

Hosted by the amazing crew at Three Dimensional Dog Training, this community backyard party is our favorite way to celebrate the bond between humans and their four-legged family — all while raising support for the work of Hand in Paw, an Animal-Assisted Therapy nonprofit organization.

Here's what's in store:

🍔 Local food trucks (yes, the good kind)
📸 Professional doggie photo booth
🎨 Paw print painting — take home a keepsake!
🎟️ Raffle with prizes from local Birmingham businesses

Why it matters: Every dollar raised through our raffle goes directly to Hand in Paw, supporting Animal-Assisted Therapy programs. HIP Therapy Teams visit hospitals, schools, and human-service organizations right here in our community. These aren't just good dogs. They're working dogs making a real difference in people's lives.

Last year was incredible. This year, we're expecting over 200 people and their sociable dogs! 🐕🐕🐕
