Official Guidelines & Restrictions

  1. Ticket Price
    • Raffle tickets are $100 each.
  2. Eligibility
    • Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
    • Void where prohibited by law.
    • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by all raffle rules and decisions of Loving Schools.
  3. Ticket Sales Period
    • Ticket sales begin August 1, 2026, and end September 10, 2026, at 11:59 a.m. CDT.
  4. Prize Description
    • One winner will receive a 7-day/6-night stay at a private 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental in the Purgatory Ski Resort area of Colorado.
    • The property sleeps up to 8 guests and includes resort amenities, Wi-Fi, and shuttle access to Purgatory Ski Resort.
  5. Travel Restrictions
    • The stay must be used during 2027 and reservation dates must be selected by November 10, 2026.
    • Blackout dates apply:
      • January 1-10, 2027
      • January 16-23, 2027
      • February 13-21, 2027
      • March 13-21, 2027
    • Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  6. Prize Limitations
    • Transportation, airfare, meals, equipment rentals, lift tickets, travel insurance, incidentals, and any expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
    • No cash substitution will be provided.
    • Prize is non-transferable unless approved by the prize donor and raffle organizer.
  7. Winner Selection
    • The winning ticket will be drawn and announced at Harvest of Hope on September 10, 2026. 
    • The winner does not need to be present to win. 
  8. Winner Notification
    • The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
    • If the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the organization reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  9. Taxes
    • Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  10. Proceeds
    • Proceeds from the raffle support mentor training and mentoring programs in local public schools through Loving Schools.
