One in four women are abused sometime in their lifetime. They come from all walks of life as domestic violence does not discriminate! Odds are great that you know someone who has been or is affected by domestic violence. Thanks to supporters like you, The Violence Prevention Center has empowered survivors of domestic violence for over 45 years. Through our 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, and legal advocacy over 1,200 people took their first steps toward a peaceful future last year.
