Health & Harmony is the Foundation's annual gathering to raise funds for community grants. Our grant program has supported many organizations in communities across Wisconsin over the years.

We invite physician-championed, evidence-based health initiatives or pilot projects with measurable outcomes to apply for grant funding with the overarching goal to improve health equity in Wisconsin.
