Infant and Maternal Mortality Conference: The Power of Prevention and Partnership

Join healthcare providers, nonprofit leaders, and community partners for the 2027 Infant and Maternal Mortality Conference on Wednesday, April 28, 2027, at the Parkview Mirro Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This one-day conference will focus on the power of prevention, collaboration, and innovative approaches to improving maternal and infant health outcomes. Attendees will include registered nurses, family practitioners, nurse practitioners, pediatricians, nonprofit professionals, community nurses, community health workers, social workers, therapists, and representatives from Federally Qualified Health Centers.
