For generations, the Waverly Community House has been a place where children grow, learn, and belong. From our year-round Comm Kids to our summer campers, your children fill these halls with energy, laughter, and life—and together, we have built something truly special.

Now, we’re investing in the future of that experience.

This spring, the Comm will begin a major renovation to install a brand-new HVAC system—an essential upgrade that will ensure our building remains safe, comfortable, and efficient for every child and family who walks through our doors. With a projected cost of nearly $2 million, this project is one of the most significant investments in the Comm’s history.

As parents and families of Comm Kids, you are at the heart of our community—and we invite you to be part of this effort. Beginning April 22nd, we will launch our month-long “Heat the Comm” campaign as our Comm Kids Spring Fundraiser. We ask that if you can, to donate to this endeavor. These funds will go towards not only our HVAC system installation, but also to offset the cost of upgrading our After School Classroom as a result of the construction.

We thank you in advance for your contribution. Together, we can ensure that the Comm continues to be a warm, welcoming home for generations to come.

If you prefer to give by check, you may mail your contribution to The Waverly Community House, PO Box 142, Waverly, PA, or visit our office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
