Plus, we’re hosting a Haolenaut professional ACL-sanctioned division for serious competitors aiming to make their mark in the cornhole community. Whether you're a backyard champ or a seasoned pro, there's a spot for everyone to join the fun!
By completing this transaction, you are agreeing to and accepting the Torry Island BBQ Festival Cornhole Tournament Rules and any additional rules or regulations set forth by the Torry Island BBQ Festival.
I reviewed and agreed to follow the “Rules and Regulations” as provided by The Torry Island BBQ Festival. In consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, for myself, my teammates, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims against the Torry Island BBQ Festival, H E Hill Foundation, Inc., Glades Historical Society, City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, as well as their volunteers, officers, directors, attorneys and affiliated entities, as a result of any damages or injuries arising out of my participation in this event. I hereby grant full permission to KCBS, Torry Island BBQ Festival, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, Glades Historical Society, City of Belle Glade and H E Hill Foundation, Inc. to use any photographs, videos or other recordings of me and my team during the event for any legitimate purpose.
Disclaimer and Liability Waiver: The undersigned is aware that there will be no refund of entry fee if the Torry Island BBQ Festival is cancelled because of weather or circumstances beyond the control of the Torry Island BBQ Festival. LIABILITY WAIVER: The undersigned for themselves, heirs, executors, and administrator release the Torry Island BBQ Festival, its members, H E Hill Foundation Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, Glades Historical Society, volunteers, and representative and all parties involved from ANY AND ALL liability and damages that may occur as a result of participation in the Torry Island BBQ Festival.
Designation of responsibility: As a lessee and a participant in the Torry Island BBQ Festival, I understand I am responsible for obtaining all proper licenses and certificates, collecting, and paying all applicable taxes and adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Florida.
I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE TORRY ISLAND BBQ FESTIVAL.
