2026 Vendor Consideration Application

The 3rd Annual Torry Island BBQ Festival is being held on Saturday, March 21^st, 2026.  We are expecting 5-6,000 attendees on Saturday and Friday is a modified event of around 1,000.00 attendees.  

By completing this transaction, you are agreeing to and accepting the rules and regulations set forth by the Torry Island BBQ Festival.

I reviewed and agreed to follow the “Rules and Regulations” as provided by The Torry Island BBQ Festival. In consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, for myself, my teammates, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims against the Torry Island BBQ Festival, H E Hill Foundation, Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, as well as their volunteers, officers, directors, attorneys and affiliated entities, as a result of any damages or injuries arising out of my participation in this event. 

Photography Release Waiver: By way of entering the Torry Island BBQ Showdown competitions participants acknowledge and authorize Torry Island BBQ Showdown, H E Hill Foundation, Inc., Sponsors and affiliated professionals to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs of me to be used for promotional materials. It is acknowledged that participants will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action. Participation authorizes the use of my photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

Participants release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by participants or their representatives, heirs or anyone else.  Furthermore, participants right to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of the photos referred to in this form. 

Disclaimer and Liability Waiver: The undersigned is aware that there will be no refund of entry fee if the Torry Island BBQ Festival is cancelled because of weather or circumstances beyond the control of the Torry Island BBQ Festival. LIABILITY WAIVER: The undersigned for themselves, heirs, executors, and administrator release the Torry Island BBQ Festival, its members, H E Hill Foundation Inc., City of Belle Glade, Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce, volunteers, and representative and all parties involved from ANY AND ALL liability and damages that may occur as a result of participation in the Torry Island BBQ Festival.

Designation of responsibility: As a lessee and a participant in the Torry Island BBQ Festival, I understand I am responsible for obtaining all proper licenses and certificates, collecting, and paying all applicable taxes and adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Florida.  I also understand that it is an outside venue and vendor must utilize their own power surge equipment.

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE TORRY ISLAND BBQ FESTIVAL.

Application does not guarantee acceptance. If selected, you will receive a follow up email at a later date with registration instructions and link.

10'x10' Space $150.00
10'x15' Space $200.00
10'x20' Space $250.00
Food Truck - up to 25' $300.00
Food Truck - over 25' $400.00
Friday Night Vending - $75.00

FOOD VENDORS PLEASE NOTE - ONLY OUR BBQ COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL BBQ

WE HAVE ALL OF OUR LEMONADE AND SHAVED ICED VENDORS - WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY MORE.

Electric Power (generator) $30.00 - you will need to supply your own power cord.
Water - we will offer water supply but you will need to supply your own water hose.

Application fees must be paid on or before March 9,2026 in order to ensure your spot.
