Rooted in Wellness: Foundations for Vibrant Living

This workshop will provide practical, hands-on tools for you to up level your physical, mental and spiritual health.  Living today in our informational overload and technology-driven social platforms we have never been so disconnected and at dis-ease.  We are going to take a new look at a few old basics to life well lived.

Dr. Elliott taught junior and senior high school for over 25 years, fought fires with the USDA Forest Service, and worked in the Information Technology (IT) industry before starting ABCIW. Graduating from Parker University's College of Chiropractic (Dallas, TX), she had the esteemed privilege of being the first American to complete a chiropractic internship in Madrid, Spain where she lived for 4 months!

For several years now, she has enjoyed serving clients from the heart and watching their transformational growth in their own healing journeys to vibrant life. A teacher at heart, she still enjoys educating and empowering people.  

When she is not at the office, she is on a hiking trail somewhere in the mountains or you might find her fiddling and singing along with local musicians.
