Hispanic Education Endowment Fund
Hispanic Education Endowment Fund, a fund within the Orange County Community Foundation, was created to improve first generation students’ educational expectations. For thirty years, HEEF has been a resource to academically talented Hispanic/Latino youth in Orange County to overcome financial barriers to completing a college degree.
