Vendor Registration for the 11th Annual Juneteenth Celebration

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We invite local artists, crafters, food vendors, and nonprofit organizations to join us for a day of culture, history, and community at the 11th Annual Juneteenth Celebration! This is a great opportunity to promote your business or mission to a diverse and engaged audience in a meaningful setting.

Vendor Categories & Fees

(Fees include credit card processing)

Art, Craft & Prepared Food Vendors – $105
Includes baked goods, coffee, frozen treats, and other pre-packaged foods.

Food Truck Vendors – $206
For vendors cooking and serving food onsite.

Nonprofit Partners – FREE
Local nonprofits may register to host an informational booth at no cost, but registration is still required.

Set-Up & Participation Info

• Vendor check-in begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday, June 14
• Set-up must be completed by:9:00 AM
• No vehicles will be permitted in the park during event hours.
• Vendors must remain onsite for the entire event (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• All vendors must provide tents, tables, and chairs ,and are responsible for their setup and breakdown.
• Vendors must have a valid Town of Hilton Head Island Business License (Business License Information)

Space is limited – early registration is highly encouraged! Please register by June 7, 2025.
