Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park 40 Harriet Tubman Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928

We invite local artists, crafters, food vendors, and nonprofit organizations to join us for a day of culture, history, and community at the 12th Annual Juneteenth Celebration! This is a great opportunity to promote your business or mission to a diverse and engaged audience in a meaningful setting.

Vendor Categories & Fees

(Fees include credit card processing)

Art, Craft & Prepared Food Vendors – $105
Includes baked goods, coffee, frozen treats, and other pre-packaged foods.

Food Truck Vendors – $206
For vendors cooking and serving food onsite.

Nonprofit Partners – FREE
Local nonprofits may register to host an informational booth at no cost, but registration is still required.

Vendor Sponsorship Add On – $100
Interested in greater visibility? Vendors may choose to participate as a sponsor for an upgraded fee, which provides added support for the event and increased recognition for your business. 

Set-Up & Participation Info

  • Vendor check-in begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday, June 13
  • Set-up must be completed by: 9:00 AM
  • No vehicles will be permitted in the park during event hours.
  • Vendors must remain onsite for the entire event (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • All vendors must provide tents, tables, and chairs, and are responsible for their setup and breakdown.
  • Vendors must have a valid Town of Hilton Head Island Business License (Business License Information)
  • Optional Friday Set Up: 
    • Art, Craft, Prepared Food and Food Truck Vendors are welcome to set up by 2:30 PM on Friday, June 12th, to be vendors for the Drum Circle from 5:00-7:00 PM. Vendors must be parked and inside the park by 2:30 PM due to Friday's programming schedule.

Space is limited – early registration is highly encouraged! Please register by June 1, 2026.
