Vendor Registration for the 10th Annual Juneteenth Celebration

Become a part of a historical celebration at the Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park for our 10th Anniversary Juneteenth Celebration

Event Details:

  • Dates: Thursday, June 13th - Saturday, June 15, 2024
  • Available Vendor Event Times: 
    • Thursday, June 13th, 5:00-8:00 pm
    • Friday, June 14th, 4:30 - 7:00 pm
    • Saturday, June 15th, 9:30 am -4:00 pm
  • Location: Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park, 40 Harriet Tubman Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928
  • Set-Up: All vendors must be set up and ready 1 hour prior to event start times and will ask that you stay through the duration of the event. No vehicles will be allowed into the park during the event. 

Vendor Categories: Art, Crafts, Food, Non-Profit Partners 

Vendor Opportunities: We welcome local vendors in the art, crafts, food, and Non-profit organizations. This event is an excellent platform for promoting your business and engaging with attendees in a dynamic and festive environment.

Vendor Fees:

  • Art Vendors: $100
  • Crafts Vendors: $100
  • Food Vendors: $200
  • NonProfit Vendors: Free

Registration Does Not Include tents, tables, or chairs. How to Register: Secure your space by registering at our registration page. We encourage early registration as spaces are limited.
