Thank you for taking the next step in your Habitat for Humanity homeownership journey. This phase includes a soft credit inquiry (which does not affect your credit score) and a brief questionnaire to help us understand your current financial readiness.

To begin the pre-qualification process, please submit your non-refundable credit screening fee:

• Single Applicant: $20
• Joint Applicants: $40
  • If you are applying with a co-applicant, both applicants must complete a separate copy of the Prequalification Questionnaire after payment.

Important Notes:

• This fee is non-refundable and covers the soft credit screening only.
• It is not tied to approval into the Habitat program.

What Happens Next:

After your payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the Prequalification Questionnaire.

Once your form is submitted, our team will perform your credit screening and follow up with the next steps.
