Springfield Holiday Party 2026

Join your Burns Recovered family at the Springfield Fire Department Training Annex as we gather for fellowship, hot chocolate, and spending time with the people in our lives who mean so much to us.  We hope you and your family can attend!

Additionally, we are fortunate to be able to provide one holiday gift to each burn survivor who completes this RSVP. Holiday gifts will be distributed at the Kansas City, Springfield, and St. Louis Holiday parties. Please fill out this form in its entirety to ensure that your burn survivor receives a gift.  If transportation is a barrier or you do not live near a Holiday party site, please indicate that in the form as well.

Lastly, we know that some of our families experience economic hardship during the holiday season.  This year, we are gathering gift cards for families who request one to lessen the financial burden as we approach the holidays.  Please indicate at the end of the form whether you would like one for your family and we will arrange to have one ready when you pick up your gifts for your burn survivor or mailed to your home.
