Vendor Interest & Application Announcement

Grambling State University is now accepting vendor interest applications for Homecoming 2026 Yard Fest, one of the signature experiences of Homecoming Week.

This year’s Homecoming celebration is especially significant as Grambling State University commemorates a historic “Multiversary”, honoring three extraordinary milestones in the life and legacy of the institution:

• 125 Years of Grambling State University

• 100 Years of the World Famed Tiger Marching Band

• 100 Years of Grambling State University Athletics

These milestones celebrate generations of excellence, tradition, achievement, perseverance, and Tiger pride. Yard Fest 2026 will serve as one of the signature gathering spaces for students, alumni, faculty, staff, families, community members, and supporters who will return to Grambling to celebrate this historic occasion.

Vendor Opportunities

We are seeking a diverse selection of vendors offering:

• Food and beverages

• Retail merchandise

• Clothing and accessories

• Art and specialty products

• Professional and personal services

• Other approved products and services that enhance the Yard Fest experience

Important Vendor Requirements

Submission of the Yard Fest Vendor Interest/Application Form does not guarantee acceptance or participation. Vendor space is limited, and all applications are subject to review and approval by Grambling State University.

Approved vendors will be responsible for providing their own setup materials and equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, displays, extension cords, and other items necessary for operation unless otherwise communicated by the University.

All vendors must comply with applicable University policies, event procedures, health and safety requirements, and local and state regulations.

Prohibited Merchandise

Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling Grambling State University-branded merchandise or Greek/fraternity and sorority paraphernalia unless specifically authorized to do so.

Any vendor found selling unauthorized Grambling State University merchandise or prohibited Greek paraphernalia may be required to immediately discontinue sales and may be removed from Yard Fest without refund.

Application & Selection Process

Interested vendors should complete and submit the official Homecoming 2026 Yard Fest Vendor Interest/Application Form by September 18, 2026.

Following the application review process, approved vendors will receive additional information regarding:

• Vendor fees and payment requirements

• Space assignments

• Check-in procedures

• Setup and breakdown times

• Parking and vehicle access

• Loading and unloading

• Health and safety requirements

• Event-day operating procedures

• Additional University expectations

Do not submit payment unless you have received official notification of approval and payment instructions from Grambling State University.

We encourage interested vendors to apply early, as space is limited.
