Sign up for our HUD-approved 8 Hour Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Course to get all the information you need about the homebuying process! This course is open to anyone looking to buy a home, and will cover topics like: pre-qualifying yourself, analyzing a credit score and credit report, establishing and maintaining good credit, selecting the right insurance, what to expect during the homebuying and closing process, and more! Upon successful attendance at the workshop, you will be awarded the 8 hour Pre-Purchase Certificate, accepted by lenders for programs like SHIP, HOME, FHA loans, USDA loans, VA loans, and beyond.
Breakfast and lunch are included. You can RSVP up to the day before a workshop. Space is limited, so register early to ensure a spot in the course!
Pensacola Habitat for Humanity is a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency, and the certificate earned from this course satisfies the requirements for homeowners using federal funding assistance. The course is NOT a replacement for the Pensacola Habitat for Humanity Homebuyer Program.
