Horizons Fall Fest Vendor Application

Thank You for your interest in supporting Horizons as a Fall Fest Vendor.

We would love to have you be a part of this great, fun community event!

We will provide you with a space according to your needs, generally a 10' x10' area for a merchandise vendor or information booth and 20' x 20' for food vendors. If your needs exceed these specifications, we can probably still accomodate you - just communicate with us about your set up.

We DO NOT provide:

• tents
• tables
• chairs 

If you have any special requests such as access to running water or electricity, please let us know. 

You may begin set up anytime afte 10 am. You will be responsible for setting up in good time, and will need to have moved your vehicles to the parking area by noon.

You will need to be finished breaking down by 6 pm.

Registration fees are not refundable.
