Looking for a way to honor a loved one, celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or just bring a little joy to someone's life?

Through the Hot Dog Hero program, when you make a gift of $20 or more to the Hello in There Foundation, we will write your tribute on a commemorative hot dog card and add it to our ever-growing Hot Dog Hero Wall at HITF headquarters, where it will be displayed for a full year.

Then, we’ll mail you (or a loved one) a matching bumper sticker so you can show off your support!

All donations will support grantmaking in honor of John Prine.

We will also send you a bumper sticker that says "On a Roll for the Hello in There Foundation" - because every hero deserves a little flair.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Make a gift of $20 or more.

2. Tell us the name or dedication you'd like on your hot dog using the donation form.

3. Tell us where to mail your bumper sticker.

4. We’ll post your dedication on the wall of our office, on a hot dog that looks just like your bumper sticker!
