About This Event

Join us for dinner in our historic garden on Thursday, August 6 | 6-9 pm

  • When & Where: 6:00 PM at the historic El Zaguán property and its 1850s garden.

  • Art & Music: Live music alongside a special gallery exhibition of six emerging IAIA creators, curated by artist and IAIA alum George Alexander and HSFF Gallery Director Anne Kelly.

  • The Dinner: An intimate, four-course plated dinner + passed appetizers by the chefs of The Rook, featuring hyper-local ingredients from their Seton Village garden and paired local wines.

  • The Mission: Every ticket directly funds the Historic Santa Fe Foundation's crucial work to preserve and protect our city's architectural and cultural legacy.

Select Your Entrée

 Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan accommodations are gladly handled upon request.

  • Flat Iron Steak – Served with New Mexico green chile curry sauce, roasted onion in a crispy tuile, eggplant caviar, candied carrots, spiced cauliflower, and crispy polenta-manchego cubes.

  • Olive Oil Poached Herbed Salmon – Plated with fresh garden greens, avocado pudding, pickled haricots verts, marinated baby potatoes, and a lemon-buttermilk vinaigrette gelée.

  • Roasted Beech Mushroom "Wellington" (v) – Filled with Cypress Grove goat cheese and herb mousse, wild mushroom-scallion compote, caramelized fennel, and red chile candied endive.
