Helping Without Hurting Seminar – A Six-Session, Four-Hour Video Series
With Co-Authors and Founders of the Chalmers Center for Economic Development for Churches and Christian Organizations in Poverty Alleviation
Redwood Gospel Missions and Sebastopol Christian Church invite you to participate in an educational seminar based on the book When Helping Hurts. It is a powerful tool to train your leadership team, volunteers, and broader congregation in an effective approach to poverty alleviation.
Founded in 1999 by Dr. Brian Fikkert, The Chalmers Center (www.chalmers.org) equips local churches to address the broken relationships at the root of material poverty, living out Jesus' Kingdom today.

Cost: Free. Includes a copy of the book Helping Without Hurting in Church Benevolence and a workbook for notes. Lunch will be provided.
